The bathroom and toilet are separate, a feature that women will appreciate, and it also includes a separate washbasin.
The rooms are spacious, starting from 27 square meters. Okinawa Arena is also within walking distance.

■Regarding issues with overseas booking sites such as Agoda

Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Grand Arena.
Currently, we are experiencing many problems with reservations made through overseas booking sites such as Agoda (which have a resale function between affiliated booking sites), including the following characteristics:

・The price, room type, options, number of guests, etc. are sold based on "contents different from the actual content" ・Rooms are not secured on the day due to forced cancellations from the reservation site ・A date when no rooms are available is sold ・The reservation notification has not been received by the hotel

There may be cases where the above issues occur in combination, making it extremely difficult for the hotel to respond.
Therefore, if the hotel is unable to confirm reservations made through overseas booking sites at the time of check-in, it may take a significant amount of time to confirm or we may have to refuse your stay altogether.

■ Regarding support for overseas booking sites
Due to the nature of the process, the hotel is unable to confirm, cancel, refund, change or accept prepayment of reservations made through overseas booking sites.
Please make the necessary arrangements yourself or contact the booking site directly.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the above and appreciate your understanding.

When you have completed the check-in process, a message will appear with the title "Check-in completed."

An email will be sent to you. A receipt will be attached to the email, so please print it out and use it.
If you have made a prepayment on the reservation site, it will be attached as an invoice.
If you require a receipt, please apply for one on the website where you made your reservation.
If payment is made in advance via the reservation website, the hotel will not be able to issue a receipt.

When sending your package, please specify a delivery time between 10am and 6pm.

■ Luggage storage

- We can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out between 9:00 and 21:00.

Please smoke on the 1st floor next to the parking lot. If smoking is found in the room, a separate cleaning fee will be charged.
